SECTION V
GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION
V-1
OVERVIEW
Since this program is not intended to stand alone, and is
of little value if purchased without the purchase of at least
one other program in the Facilities Management Series, you
will have purchased other programs in the series.
This program allows you to view your data from the other
programs in graphical representation. Since a picture is
worth a thousand words, it allows more complete understanding
of the data at hand. As in the Flow Calibration
representation, it is easier to see the breaks between
operation pair affinity values for validation of the
calibration performed, ie: the A's should appear distinct
from the E's, etc.. Another advantage will be instant
recognition of unused, or under used floor space on any given
floor. Or in another scenario, recognition of high overhead
cost areas.
Care should be exercised to note the scale given in the
lower left of the screen.
As always check your headers to assure that you have the
graph you think you have.

You can have up to 12 floors, and minus numbers represent
basement areas. If you have only one floor but several
buildings or functional areas you can still use this program
by designating each building or functional area as a floor.
PRINTING GRAPHS
To obtain a printout of your graph, you do a screen dump
by pressing shift print screen. It could be dressed up to
disguise the fact, but that's all that is required.
